Take a letter envelope and a pair of scissors and cut from the envelope a liner to fit into your wallet. Then place cards inside liner in wallet.

Maybe try powder if it doesn’t hurt your wallet, or a lil baby oil…. I’m not really sure…that’s all I’ve got…
