It is a magnetic money clip which is bound in leather. I am well aware that the magnets will probably de-magnetize the credit cards but I have heard from several people that this is sometimes not the case. I was wondering if anyone could help me out on this. Thanks!

These days you need a credit card to book a vacation, or to rent a car. As nice as debit cards are and I use one myself, its not always accepted by a business.

Lot of banks are issuing free credit cards. How do these banks make profit by giving free credit cards. If we purchase something in credit card, the bank has to pay the money to the vendors and we will pay it only after say, 45 days. The bank will lose the interest for this 45 days. So how does it work?

I’m am working on rebuilding my credit. I heard that one of the best ways to improve a credit score is to show a good payment history on a line of revolving credit. I’m 99.9% sure that I will not qualify for an unsecured card again (that’s how my credit got bad in the first place) so unsecured seems like the best way to go. Can anyone offer information on secured credit cards (NOT prepaid credit cards because they don’t report to credit agencies)?
